Who Do You Prefer?
Gomer Says Hey:
Over the years, TAGS went through a small number of replacement characters, so the purpose of this thread is to discuss who you prefer of the characters, the original, or the replacement.
For example, do you prefer Mayor Pike or Mayor Stoner? Gomer Pyle or Goober Pyle? Barney Fife or Warren Ferguson? Well, okay, that last one was pretty dumb to ask, but you get the idea.
Barney Fife:
I prefer Gomer over Goober.
A Lotta Moms:
Gomer by default, as I know nothing of this Goober.
Of course, that probably disqualifies my opinion for lack of reference.
But in all seriousness, how could anyone top his riveting performance in Full Metal Jacket?
